* Set up for the event will take place on Monday 19th February from 10am - please advise of your preferred time.

Please note that the set up can happen from 9am on each event day however it is recommended that equipment is checked on Monday to ensure that there are no delays for the event start.

* A copy of you Risk Assessment, Method Statement, Property and Public insurance documents and PAT certificates are required no later than 5th February 2024. This will be included in the event management documentation submitted to emergency services and the venue. Please check the box that you agree to provide these documents by the date given.
