Arthur is an Architect with global experience in masterplanning, spatial strategy and design practice. He currently leads Arup’s Masterplanning team in London directing projects across the country. He has significant expertise in leading public realm, masterplanning and strategic planning teams on complex sustainable development projects including investment zone plans for Hartlepool and Middlesborough and Darlington, Stevenage and Peterborough Stations.

Arthur currently leads on multiple university campus growth plans and innovation districts in Cyprus, Sarajevo, and Sydney Australia. Arthur is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, a Design Council Fellow and has taught Architecture, Landscape and Urbanism internationally.
