David is the founder and chief executive of The Retrofit Academy CIC.

He has spent over a decade addressing the skills and knowledge gaps in the retrofit sector and works closely with government, industry and academia to deliver The Retrofit Academy’s mission to train over 200,000 competent retrofitters by 2030.

David sees the Academy as the driving force in retrofit skills and knowledge. He is a regular conference speaker and contributor to the media about decarbonising the UK’s housing stock.
