Gwyn has over a decade of experience in sustainability and housing, with a particular focus on environmental, economic and social issues. Recent projects include Welsh Government Warm Homes Programme, Homes England Future Homes Standard Research, Home Adaptations for Centre for Ageing Better and Governments’ Home of 2030 competition.  

Previously he led the team in the development of the Home Quality Mark along with other BREEAM products.  Gwyn is a TCPA (Town and Country Planning Association) Policy Council member, is also a member of NHBC (National House Building Council) Foundations expert panel. 

Gwyn started his career working in UK Government on policies including Welsh Devolution, Zero Carbon Homes, the Code for Sustainable Homes and Equality and Diversity in London.
