Henri has been the Chief Executive of the Northern Powerhouse Partnership for six years. In that time he has led the development of the organisation and enabled it to play a key role in advancing the North’s agenda through meaningful engagement with both the business community and central and local government.

Henri has published a range of research and thought leadership pieces, on topics ranging from long term educational disadvantage through to next steps for the devolution agenda.
