Synopsis
THE OLD FUTURE refers to the fluid and ambiguous nature of envisioning tomorrow. In the sixties, the Jetsons predicted flying cars, robots and computer living. These visions become the “old future” when they are replaced with today’s ideas and understanding. Predicting the future is difficult without a knowledge of the past which is represented by hundreds of images that may give guidance as to what the future may bring.
