Director, Landsmith Associates

Sarah Jones-Morris, the award winning director of Landsmith Associates, champions an evidence-based, ecosystem-centric approach to creating resilient and diverse spaces for both humans and nature. A Fellow of the Landscape Institute and a Design Council Expert, her credentials span urbanism to landscape architecture. Among her accolades, she's a Design West panellist, named among Design Council's Leading Women in Design, and co-founded the Association of Collaborative Design, which partners with the UNHABITAT World Urban Campaign and leading research for the Engagement Overlay for RIBA Plan of Work with RIBA and research partners Sustrans.

Furthermore, she assesses Building with Nature, spearheads Bristol Soundwalks, and represents the UK for the Hush City citizen science initiative. In 2022, she joined the global UrbanCare Capacity BHL Building Health Lab Steering Committee.

Recent endeavours include the Redcliffe and Temple BID Green Infrastructure Action Plan, "Making Space for Nature" in Cornwall, and the community Design Code for the "We Can Make" alongside Knowle West Media Centre. She's also contributed to projects like the Avalon Marshes Visitor Centre and University of Bristol Green Infrastructure and ESG Strategies.

In 2020, Landsmith Associates, collaborating with Igloo Regeneration, triumphed in the Home of 2030 competition.
