Seyhan Lee was one of the world’s pioneering AI production companies, active from 2020 to 2023. Co-founded by Pinar Seyhan Demirdag and Gary Lee Koepke, Seyhan Lee is recognized for creating the world’s first generative AI visual effects for a feature film, Descending The Mountain (2020), and the world’s first generative AI commercial, Connections for Beko (2021), which won them the prestigious D&AD Award for VFX Emerging Realities.

In December 2022, Seyhan Lee announced the development of a tool offering easy access to camera-trackable backgrounds for virtual production sets. Following significant interest from the press and the industry, they shifted their focus from creative services to fully develop this innovative platform, which later evolved into Cuebric.
