Delivering Future Cities Forum 2023

Living wall

University of Sunderland

A topic-driven forum that brought together leaders who champion innovation, stimulate growth, challenge and share best practice in building the cities of our future.

We explored how Sunderland City Council, local stakeholders, industry partners, regional and national government are working together to deliver social and economic growth and inspire future generations.

This was an invitation only event. The agenda and forum blog are below.

This was a two-day event hosted by Sunderland City Council and chaired by BBC News Home Editor Mark Easton who led panel discussions with expert speakers after a morning opening session and keynote.

Invited delegates sat in a workshop format with a facilitator to optimise active participation, collaboration, actions and outcomes.
